This was a lookup, sent and rec’d by a special someone who is not to be named (*whispers you’re welcome) on my birthdate based on the Mayan calender. Pretty cool.

All my past will this day be a part of me, because it is a key, not the lock.

Go-to article when I’m feeling Gamma and in need of a positive reinforcement on my inner Alpha. Reading it always gives me a good hard kick in the ass, reminding me to never stop climbing.

After reading Business Week’s article on America’s 50 Best Cities in 2012, I found it interesting (and proud) to see that San Jose (ranked 33), Oakland (31) and San Francisco (NUMBERO UNO! YYYYEEEEAHOO!!) made it to the list.

Exercise - Week Three & Four: Alum Rock Park

this park is THE best for scenic mini-hikes! its like San Jose’s lil hidden woodsie gem! the first day, i took the trip with Jimbo and and conquered an uphill hike to Eagle Rock. we felt like a couple of dora and diegos ;)

i went by myself for the rest of the week and two.. following dirt trails thru the woods with no idea where they were taking me. it had its creepy moments yet exhilerating all the same HEHE! cuz i like to pretend im lil red hiding hood keeping an eye out for the big bad wolf. or snow white lost in the wilderness about to stumble upon the cabin of the seven dwarfs. i love fairy tales. fairy tales are my crack.
